Contact SupportOpen QuickSave and choose Sign Up, or use Continue with Apple or Continue with Google. With email sign-up, pick a password and confirm your address from the verification email before signing in.
When you use the same signed-in account, your teams, games, and stats sync through the cloud. Leave the app open briefly on Wi-Fi or cell after big changes so everything can catch up.
Base is free and focuses on one active team and defensive (goalie) tracking and stats. Pro adds multiple active teams, full offensive tracking and offensive stats on the rink, zone timers, picking which goalie starts when a team has more than one, and Goalie management (merge or unlink duplicate goalie profiles across seasons). Pro is also ad-free. Billing runs through the App Store or Google Play; the app shows current pricing and any trial offers.
For tracking, yes. Arenas often have weak or unreliable cell service. QuickSave writes games and shots to your phone first; the cloud part happens when you have a signal again.
You'll need internet to sign in, confirm your email, or pull updates from another device. If the app can't reach us, it may say your changes are parked on the device until sync goes through.
Open Settings, then Team setup. You can edit the team name, division, logo, and goalie list. Some steps ask you to sign in so changes can sync. Pro unlocks more than one active team and deeper goalie options; see the Pro question above.
Use Import Spordle where the app offers it (for example when starting a new game or working in team setup). Paste the URL of your team's standings or schedule page from page.spordle.com. The app opens a browser so you can load the real page, then you confirm the import. If import fails, double-check the URL and try again; some league pages block automated access.
In Settings, open Subscription to see whether you are on Base or Pro. Tap Restore purchases if you reinstalled the app or changed phones. To cancel, change plans, or update payment, use Subscriptions in your Apple ID settings or Google Play; QuickSave does not bill your card directly.
Ads support the free Base experience. An active Pro subscription removes them. If you believe you should already be Pro, sign in with the account that purchased Pro and use Restore purchases in Settings.
Email [email protected] with what happened or what you would like, your device model, and OS version. A short screen recording or screenshot usually makes diagnosis faster.
In the app: go to Settings, then tap the row at the top with your email or name. You land on Account & Security. Open Delete my account, read the dialog, and type SUPPRIMER in the box exactly as shown (same spelling and caps) or the red confirm button stays disabled. Tap Delete my account again to finish. That deletes your QuickSave account and the data tied to it on our end.
QuickSave Pro bought through Apple or Google is billed by them, not by us. Closing your QuickSave account does not stop that subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings if you don't want another charge. This isn't a refund request.
Locked out of the app? Mail [email protected] from the email on the account. We'll delete it from our side and write back when it's done, typically within 48 hours.
